Year 6 Residential Diary 2015-16

Day 1

It’s only 7pm and our year 6 children have been working super hard already! They have made up their beds, played lots of games and eaten dinner. They have also made some fantastic bird houses and are making us very proud with their fantastic teamwork.

We have still got plenty of activities to do tonight, the children are especially looking forward to building a camp fire and getting cozy in their tents!

Day 2

Although not much sleep was had last night, the children woke up bright and early, raring to go!

They have taken part in den building, archery, axe throwing, spider web games, roasting marshmallows and a nightline.

All the children have worked so hard and supported each other all day, as well as having loads of fun of course!

The children are now about to cook their own fajitas for dinner and then sing some campfire songs before crashing out in their tents.
